CHS LiveWELL is partnering with the Charlotte Squash Club for this unique opportunity. A free, one-time trial of Squash (equipment provided) is available to all CHS teammates and family members.
What is Squash
Indoor racquet sport played by two or four players on a 4-walled court and a hollow rubber ball (akin to racquetball). Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and overall wellness with cultural (15 nationalities currently), social and numerous health benefits.
