Walking or running right before or after work, or during your lunch break can be a convenient way to squeeze in the prescribed 30 minutes of cardio exercise a day.

Listed below are walking trails from various Carolinas HealthCare System facilities. Most trails range from 1/2 mile up to 3 miles. Shorter trails of a mile or less can easily fit into a short lunch break.
